The withdrawal process is simple and straightforward. Simply log into Luxstella’s client portal, select your preferred withdrawal method from the “Withdrawal” section, and follow the instructions. However, please note that prior to initiating a withdrawal, it is necessary to register your bank account information and upload the required documents on the “Withdrawal Information Registration” page in your account.   • Bank Withdrawal (Japanese Yen)

    Minimum Withdrawal Amount: 10,000 yen

    Withdrawal Fee: 3,000 yen

    Withdrawal Processing Time: Within 5 business days in principle if there are no problems with the details of the withdrawal request.

    • The funds will be withdrawn from a different name of the storage company.
    • It may take several days for international money transfers to be reflected.

  • Bank Withdrawal (in US Dollars)

    Minimum Withdrawal Amount: Equivalent to 100 USD

    Withdrawal Fee: Equivalent to 30 USD

    Withdrawal Processing Time: Within 5 business days in principle if there are no problems with the details of the withdrawal request.

    • The funds will be withdrawn from a different name of the storage company.
    • It may take several days for international money transfers to be reflected.

  • Cryptocurrencies

    Supported Currencies: USDT(ERC20)

    Minimum Withdrawal Amount: Equivalent to 100 USD

    Maximum Withdrawal Amount: Equivalent to 200,000 USD

    Withdrawal Fee: 3% of the withdrawal amount

    Withdrawal Processing Time: Within 5 business days in principle if there are no problems with the details of the withdrawal request.

    • The funds will be withdrawn from a different name of the storage company.
    • It may take several days for international money transfers to be reflected.

  • BXONE

    Supported Currencies: USDT(ERC20)

    Minimum Withdrawal Amount: Equivalent to 100 USD

    Maximum Withdrawal Amount: No limit

    Withdrawal Fee: Equivalent to 2 USD

    Withdrawal Processing Time: Within 5 business days in principle if there are no problems with the details of the withdrawal request.

    • The funds will be withdrawn from a different name of the storage company.
    • It may take several days for international money transfers to be reflected.

* In the case of withdrawals involving intermediary banks or depending on the country where the receiving bank is located, additional processing time may be required.

* The actual expenses of bank fees (such as costs incurred by intermediary banks) are borne by the customer.


* Customers trading on margin should be aware of the following points.
We recommend that withdrawal requests be made after closing positions.
a) Withdrawal requests will not be accepted if the margin maintenance ratio falls below 100% due to the requested withdrawal amount.
b) If the margin maintenance ratio falls below 100% due to the requested withdrawal amount at the time of automatic withdrawal processing (Monday – Friday at 10:00), the pending withdrawal request will be automatically cancelled.
If you wish to make a withdrawal, please note that you will need to submit a new withdrawal request.
When funds are withdrawn from your trading account, you will lose the trading bonus in proportion to the amount withdrawn.

Documents for Identity Verification

When initiating a withdrawal, it is mandatory to register the withdrawal destination information and upload the required documents for identity verification through the client portal. The documents for identity verification include a proof of identity, proof of address, and a selfie photo. These submitted documents can be in the form of data captured by a smartphone or scanned copies. However, please ensure that the documents are clear, legible, and within the specified validity period. In cases where the documents are unclear, the text is illegible, or they are expired or outside the specified timeframe, resubmission will be required. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Proof of Identity(POI)

    • Driver’s License
    • Passport
    • ID card (My Number card, Residence card)

    * For the driver’s license, submission of both the front and back sides is required.

    * For the passport, submission of the page with the photo and the page with the address is required.

    * Please ensure that the proof of identity is valid and within the expiration date.

    * If the corners of the document are missing, there may be cases where it cannot be accepted.

    * Identification documents must be issued by the government.

  • Proof of Address(POA)

    • Resident Certificate
    • Utility Bill Statement
    • Bank Statement
    • Credit Card Statement

    * Items with your name, address, and issue date indicated are valid.

    * The proof of address must be issued within the past 3 months.

    * If the corners of the document are missing, there may be cases where it cannot be accepted.

  • Selfie

    • A selfie holding the proof of identity document next to your face.

    * The selfie should be clear enough to read the text on the document.

Important Notes

  • We comply with anti-money laundering laws and regulations and do not accept withdrawals to third parties other than our clients.
  • If a withdrawal is made in a currency different from the trading account’s currency, it will be converted at our standard exchange rate before being processed.
  • If you choose SWIFT wire transfer, the transfer fees associated with the transaction will be borne by you, the customer.
  • Each specified withdrawal method may have a designated withdrawal fee.
  • In case of any inaccuracies or errors in the withdrawal destination information, the withdrawal may not be processed correctly. In such cases, our support team will contact you.
